Note: The products in Xinjiang should be sealed, and the packaging bag should be marked with information such as ingredient list, production date, shelf life, implementation standard, etc. Bulk and self-sealing goods are not allowed to participate in this quotation.
3. Quality requirements: The goods distributed shall be products of regular production and conform to the relevant national standards of hygiene, quality, packaging and quality. If a food safety accident occurs due to the consumption of the ingredients supplied by the winning bidder, the winning bidder shall not only bear all economic compensation, but also bear all legal responsibilities and accept administrative penalties from relevant departments. The purchaser has the right to immediately stop the supply of the winning bidder and terminate the contract at the same time.
4. Shelf life requirements: The remaining shelf life of the goods supplied by the winning unit must be more than 2/3 of the original shelf life.
5. Project budget: 1Ten thousand (if there is an excess quantity, it will be settled according to the unit price * actual supply quantity)

7. Quotation Requirements: The quotation for this project includes all due expenses incurred for goods and packaging, inspection, distribution, transportation, taxes, etc.

III. Time and place of delivery of quotation documents
The quotation agency is requested to mail or deliver the sealed written quotation documents (the seal of the sealed document bag must be stamped with the official seal) and samples to the centralized purchasing center at 125 Meishan Road, Shushan District, Hefei City, Anhui Province before 14:30 p. m. on May 24, 2024.
IV. Principles of Closing
Among the quotations (three or more) identified by the Company as valid, the quotation unit with the lowest quotation (excluding tax) will be determined as the winning bidder.
