Meishan Hotel was founded in 1975, formerly known as the "Hefei Municipal People's Government Guest House". It is located in the southwest of the old city of Hefei. Meishan Hotel changed its business into an enterprise in 2006 and established Hefei Meishan Hotel Co., Ltd., which is a wholly-owned holding enterprise of Hefei Industrial Investment Group with a registered capital of 0.42 billion yuan. At present, the total employment scale of the enterprise is 747, of which 162 have signed labor contracts. Meishan Hotel is an important position of Hefei's state-owned capital in the field of traditional service industry. Its main business forms include independent hotel operation, group meal, property and hotel trusteeship.
Meishan Hotel has two wholly-owned subsidiaries, namely Hefei Hanjiangchun Catering Management Co., Ltd. and Hefei Xinmeishan Property Management Co., Ltd.; Stage holding Anhui Daoxianglou Hotel Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Daoxianglou Company"); In addition, it hosts Changfeng Hotel and Chuangxin (Huangshan) Kangyang Hotel. South Building Reconstruction
According to the development plan, Meishan Hotel is promoting the renovation of the whole store with the reconstruction of the South Building as the core. The reconstruction project of the South Building, with a total investment of 0.486 billion yuan, is a medium and high-end luxury conference hotel with 20 floors above ground and 3 floors underground. Construction will start in October 2022 and is expected to be completed and opened on the 50th anniversary of the establishment of Meishan Hotel in 2025. At that time, Meishan Hotel will have a new operating area of 50000 square meters, including 364 new guest rooms, an additional venue and a catering business area of nearly 3000 square meters, which can receive medium and high-end large-scale forums and meetings, and is a landmark independent brand hotel in the main urban area of Hefei.

Han Jiangchun is a well-known local catering brand in Hefei founded in 1994. Its main business is group meals of political and business units. Founded in 2022, it is mainly engaged in property management of hotels and parks. Currently, it is entrusted with the management of 2777 public rental housing units in Hefei, Fuyang, Shouxian, Shucheng and other parks, with 39620.42 square meters of public rental supporting housing.

During 2022 and 2023, according to the deployment of the provincial party committee and the provincial government, in order to promote the reform of the Daoxiang Building Hotel, Hefei Investment Group, through Meishan Hotel's phased holding of the newly established "Daoxiang Building Company", assisted in completing the personnel diversion, designing the new reorganization plan, formulating the hotel renovation plan, solving the reform difficulties and stuck points such as the change of allocated land, and effectively guaranteed the implementation of the official reception task in our province during the reform transition period, A smooth transition was achieved. At present, Meishan Hotel is reorganizing the restructured Daoxiang Building Hotel with the Provincial Communications Control Group and Conch Group to realize the market-oriented transformation of the hotel.
